On the login screen, fill in your login information. New login informations can generate and sent you administrator of HELIOS Green. After a successful login you will be redirect to home screen, dashboard or list view of your choice.
Application will also show database selection in case of multiple connections. If you need to recover a forgotten password, just click the link at the bottom of the screen and fill in your login name and email address.
Setting button will open pop-up window with user profile selection. Every profile has diferent menu items with diferent list views and forms.
The number of profiles can be for each user diferent. It's depending on the specific settings in HELIOS Green. If any of your profile is missing, please contact the administrator of HELIOS Green.
User menu item will show loggin info, unique identifier, language and server connection info. It is possible to change the profile and password here.
It's recommended to log off before you leave the portal. Application will automatically log off idle users.
List view can have following options(It depends on HELIOS Green settings. In some list views it is not possible to perform all of the functions):
A) Record – There are options like new record, delete record and detail (Detail - form will be shown after double click on list view row). There is also button for file upload.
B) Templates – After you select item of list view, you can chose an item from teplate list. Application will generate you PDF document and provide you download it.
C) Functions – After you select item of list view, you can perform functions form this menu (some functions can be performed only for record entries and they are available on the record form)
D) Filters – There is list of preset filters
List view columns are clickable. Column click will perform alphabetical of data in the list. Arrow next to the column heading indicates order. If you click again on the same column, sorting will be reversed.
List view filtering of column will appears after clicking on the funnel icon to the right of the column. Filter will be applied after selecting type and after filling filtering value. Also "apply" button is need to be pressed.
If the filter is activated, the column is highlighted. In the menu is filter discard function.
Many filters can be activated at once. In the upper right corner of the list view is filter cancellation menu.
List view can also be exported as a CSV file (Excel table). Select the pages to export and click Export.
The form can be divided into tabs. To switch between tabs just click on its label.
You can add static and dynamic relationa to another records on the form. Static relations text box has a blue stripe on the bottom.
For adding new record to the relation do double clicking on text box or just select him (the field is highlighted) and press Ctrl + Enter.
In this section you can chose folder and in the following table you can pick the record for relation.
For selection new record just do double click. Portal will show dialog box with list of potential records to add.
Dynamic relations have are located in pop-up window on the right side of the screen (if the tab is not visible, the record does not support dynamic relations).
After clicking on the row named "+ New record" portal will show dialog box with list of potential records to add. Red cross button (x) click will remove record.
Orange records are documents (external files). You can download document by clicking on the record.
Some forms are supporting adding, deleting, and browsing entris. Entries are always located at the bottom of the form.
Entries tab submenu items (submenu is opening after click): Add entry, Remove entry and Discard selection.
! It's recommended to save record before and after adding entries, otherwise an error may occur after record save. !
